1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccv999 ("ccv999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ccv999 website, mobile-optimised platform, games lobby, sports betting exchange, cashier, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the ccv999 registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a ccv999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ccv999 employs age verification checks as part of the KYC process and will close any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Registrations by automated bots, scripts, or third-party services acting on another person's behalf are strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended ccv999 account. Each player is entitled to one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have voluntarily placed on your own ccv999 account or one imposed by ccv999 as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ccv999 requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet showing the registered mobile number). ccv999 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ccv999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ccv999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The ccv999 cashier operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by ccv999; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of ccv999.

Accepted Deposit Methods and Minimum Amounts:

• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200; credited instantly to your ccv999 wallet.

• City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfer) — Minimum deposit ৳500; credited within 1–3 business hours upon confirmation.

Withdrawal Processing Times: ccv999 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Rocket and Upay: within 24–48 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer (all partner banks): within 2–3 business days of approval.

ccv999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal timeline may be extended. Players under active KYC review may experience delays until documentation requirements are satisfied.

Withdrawal Method Matching: As an anti-money-laundering control, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ccv999 will not transfer winnings to a different mobile wallet number, bank account, or payment method unless a formal account change request has been approved following full KYC review.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ccv999 offers a variety of promotions including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bets on BPL and IPL cricket fixtures, Eid bonus offers, Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions, and weekly cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ccv999 players who have completed basic account verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at the specified multiplier. Exact contribution rates are listed in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a fixed expiry period stated in each promotion. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• ccv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that players who have already opted in and begun wagering on an active bonus are not materially disadvantaged.

Bonus Abuse: ccv999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using bonus funds exclusively on games with contribution rates below the stated threshold. Where bonus abuse is identified, ccv999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ccv999 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. Each provider operates under its own regulatory certifications and publishes its own game rules. Players are responsible for reading the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot games and virtual casino games use certified random number generators, ensuring that every spin, card deal, and dice roll is statistically independent of prior outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slots are available within the game information panel.

Bets placed and confirmed at a given price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent odds movements, subject to the settlement rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a fixture being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — whether in a slot, live casino, crash game, or sports betting market — ccv999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids play. No winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be paid out.

• Players must not use any software, scripts, or tools that interfere with normal game operation or give an unfair advantage.
• Players must not exploit game bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known error are void.
• Suspected collusion between players in live poker or other multiplayer games will result in account suspension pending investigation.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccv999 platform. A breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal means, including money laundering or card fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or game logic.
• Using automated bots, macros, artificial intelligence assistants, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input, for the purpose of placing wagers or satisfying wagering requirements.
• Deliberately exploiting bonus offers, pricing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider information trading in sports betting markets.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing ccv999 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back a legitimate deposit after wagering funds on the Platform.

ccv999 co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Any suspicious account activity identified by our fraud monitoring systems will be investigated, and ccv999 reserves the right to freeze account balances during the course of any investigation. In cases where criminal conduct is confirmed, ccv999 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will not return funds believed to be proceeds of crime.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ccv999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Opening a duplicate account.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request, effective immediately upon submission.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months), subject to the dormant account policy below.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. ccv999 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a dormant account administration fee. Where the account balance falls to zero as a result of this fee, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support before the account reaches a zero balance.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their ccv999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion tool directly from the account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, all marketing communications from ccv999 will be suspended. 8 Limitation of Liability

The ccv999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ccv999 makes every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party provider failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ccv999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side during an active gaming session.
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by a third-party provider malfunction, where ccv999 acts in good faith to void affected rounds and return wagers.
• Delay in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment provider outages or banking system interruptions outside ccv999's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from ccv999's negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ccv999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ccv999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
